  • Add boiling water.

  • Steep for 5-10 minutes for desired strength & potency.

  • Strain.

  • Add your favorite sweetener. We recommend maple if you like it piping hot or honey if it passes the pinkie test.

  • The pinkie test: if you can keep your pinkie finger in the glass, then the honey is safe to drink.

For a mocktail:

  • Brew tea as above.

  • Let cool.

  • Add 1 teaspoon maple syrup.

  • Add 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice.

  • Add 1⁄4 cup sparkling water.

  • Ice optional.

  • Rosemary garnish optional.

  • Drink cold or at room temperature.
